Scheduled Maintenance: Wednesday 9th October – Monday 14th October

At the end of 2018 we started our journey as Lavazza Professional, part of the Lavazza family. As part of our final transition stage, we will be undergoing some scheduled maintenance between midday on Wednesday 9th October and Monday 14th October during which we will be unable to process drinks, spares and machine orders.


These essential system updates will allow us to ensure that we provide you with the best possible service moving forwards and we would like to thank you for your patience during this time.



How will this affect my drinks deliveries?

Please note that no drinks orders will be placed or delivered during this time period so please keep a note of your last day to order below to ensure that your drinks machines are well stocked during this time period.



I am a customer, when is my last day for drinks delivery?

In order to receive your drinks order before the maintenance begins, please place your order before Friday 4th October. Please note that orders placed after this date will be delivered from Tuesday 15th October onwards.



I am a distributor partner, when is my last day for drinks delivery?

To receive your order by Tuesday 8th October, please place your drinks order no later than Thursday 3rd October. Orders placed between this date and Wednesday 9th October will be delivered from Tuesday 15th October onwards.



When will I be able to place an order again?

Our online shop will reopen on Tuesday 15th October ready to take your drinks order and deliveries will resume as usual.



What if my machine needs repairing?

Our Customer Service Technicians will be back on the road on Monday 14th October to tend to your machine. Should you have any technical queries during the maintenance period, please contact our call centre on 0800 0323 444 and we would be happy to assist.



I am a distributor partner, what if I need to order spare parts?

Should you require any spare parts, please request these from our customer services team prior to Thursday 3rd October to receive these before the maintenance period. If you need to request spare parts during the maintenance period, please email and your request will be fulfilled from Tuesday 15th October.
