I’m Ollie, I’ve been working for Lavazza Professional since 2015. Most of my time here has been spent as a Customer Account Manager ensuring the smooth running of every customer, so I understand the most common issues you could face and how to avoid them.
Now, my time is focused on helping people like you introduce Lavazza coffee to their workplace, so their staff can start every day with a decent cup of coffee.
I was lucky enough to visit some of the coffee plantations and tea farms in Rwanda, back in 2018 (photo to the left) as part of the Lavazza Foundation initiative, which was an incredible experience.
