Our engineers form an integral part of our Customer Service Team, and can liaise with Lavazzaa Professional's teams to solve a customer query, quickly. We will only close a callout when we are sure that a customers’ issues or questions have been resolved.
Transparent ‘Fault Resolution Time’
Our average time to close a call down is consistently less than 8 working hours. Our network of experienced engineers provide national UK coverage and each is trained in house to provide our clients with the highest quality service.
Our Machines are manufactured in Basingstoke and we always carry our spare parts so we can fix them there and then. To truly track the quality of our service, we specifically measure the time from your call being logged to the time the call and all associated queries are closed.
KLIX added value
For those machines with high drink volume, we will offer an additional, free of charge service*. We know that keeping your machine working in busy areas is vital to you. Therefore, we commit to attend these machines once every 12 months to carry out a technical service to keep your machine working at an optimum level and avoid breakdowns.
* Preventative maintenance is subject to contract terms and conditions and is only available for specific customer types.

Our normal opening times are Monday to Thursday from 8.30am - 4.45pm and Friday from 8.30am - 4.00pm. (We are closed on Bank Holidays and operate skeleton hours at Christmas)
Our Customer Service centre are a "one stop shop" and are trained to handle all enquiries from taking orders to dealing with technical faults. If you feel they cannot help you with your query then we will be happy to ask your Account Manager to call you.

From 4 May 2013, when you place a drinks order for 4 or more cases, you’ll receive free 48 hour delivery.
