Here at Lavazza Professional, we’re committed to delivering world-class service. To ensure we are in the best position to continue striving for this, we’re carrying out some system updates that will entail a temporary systems shutdown, as well as changes to order dates, product codes and account numbers. To understand more about what we’re doing and how it may impact you, please read on.

Temporary order and delivery date changes
To successfully implement our system updates, there will be a short period of time when all systems are out of action (including our online shop), where drinks and ancillaries’ orders cannot be processed or delivered, between Wednesday 26th October to Thursday 3rd November 2022.
Once our systems are live again, any orders processed will be delivered from Monday 7th November 2022 at the earliest.
During this shutdown period, our customer service team will be available to answer any queries, as well as log technical issues and fill requests (if operating on a Fully Managed Service) over the phone on 0800 0323 444 or via email at email@example.com. For all distributor queries, please contact our customer service team at 01256 487 090 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any processing will be coordinated once systems are back up and running. Our customer service team will be open to receive calls throughout our system shutdown period at the following times:
Wednesday 2nd November, 8.30am – 4.45pm
Thursday 3rd November, 8.30am – 4.45pm
Friday 4th November, 8.30am – 4pm
Monday 7th November (business as usual), 8.30am – 4.45pm
Product SKU code changes
In addition to these planned system updates, new SKU codes will be implemented across a number of drinks and ancillaries. To find the most up to date SKU codes, when placing orders moving forward, please refer to the list at lavazzapro.co.uk/product-skus detailing all old and new codes.
Account number changes
All eight-digit account numbers will also be changing as part of the system updates and will automatically changeover, once our systems are live again. New account numbers will be detailed on all invoices and visible when logging into the online shop.
