Lavazza's overall response is very good, but what makes it work for my accounts is the commitment and support of Becky Chapman, Lavazza's Customer Account Manager, who is always very responsive and helpful, assisting in every aspect of the requirements of my contracts. Having a good customer services makes the whole difference.

We are long standing customers of Lavazza with many drinks machines installed across our various sites. The drinks are great and go down well with staff. We have an excellent ongoing relationship with our account manager Kerry Milnes and the customer support team are just a phone-call or email away if help needed with drinks orders or queries. Highly recommended!
