Below you will find last order dates and delivery schedules to ensure you’re stocked up with your favourite hot drinks and ancillaries, over the holidays and into the New Year. Plus, our opening times over the festive period…
When is the last order date to receive drinks before Christmas?
Please place your orders by Friday 19th December 2025 (before 11am for distributors).
The last deliveries before Christmas will be made on or before Tuesday 23rd December, and any orders placed after the above dates will be delivered in the New Year, after Friday 2nd January 2026.
Important note: Due to retail operation hours, UK mainland Lavazza on the Move customers only will be able to order and receive deliveries between 29th – 31st December 2025.
Will I still be able to order drinks between Christmas and New Year?
Yes! Should your team be working between Christmas and New Year, you will still be able to order your drinks via our online shop. These orders will also be delivered after Friday 2nd January 2026.
When will deliveries resume in 2026?
Our drivers will be back on the roads on Friday 2nd January 2026, ready to deliver your drinks. However, please note that if you are a customer or distributor within one of the following postcodes, deliveries will resume from Monday 5th January 2026:
