Terms and conditions

1.The prize draw is open to UK residents (excluding NI) aged 18 or over at the participating Man and Truck site. Employees of the promoter, Lavazza Group affiliates, and their families are not eligible. 

2.To qualify for entry, the feedback survey must be complete via survey monkey between the dates of 6th July 2026 – 20th July 2026. Entrants who submit feedback outside of these dates will not be entered into the prize draw. 

3.One winner will be drawn at random within the month of August 2026. The winner notified by email at any point within this month. Feedback can be provided multiple times, but only one prize draw entry per person is accepted. Joint entries or those submitted on behalf of another will not be accepted. 

4.Winners must respond to the Promoter with a postal address for prize delivery. The Promoter cannot be held responsible if it is unable to contact the prize winner as a result of incorrect email address details having been provided. Equally, the Promoter is not responsible where the prize draw winner does not receive the prize as a result of having provided incorrect address details upon responding to the winner notification.  

5.If the winner does not respond to the Promoter or rejects the prize within 14 days of being notified, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the draw for this prize will take place again. 

6.If the winner’s entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited. 

7.The winner will sent their prize in the post within 28 days of accepting the prize and confirming address details.  

8.The prizes are a Lavazza coffee machine bundle subject to availability at the time of the prize draw. 

9.The prize is as stated, is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. 

10.The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another giveaway in the event the original prize offered is not available. 

11.The prize may not be used in conjunction with any other Lavazza Professional offer or promotion, unless otherwise stated. 

12.The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize. 

13.The Promoter shall use and take care of any personal information supplied to it as described in its privacy policy, a copy of which can be seen at lavazzapro.co.uk/privacy-policy, and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the prize draw, the entrant agrees to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of personal information: to make contact with winner and process prize. 

14.The Promoter reserves the right at any time to suspend the prize draw or to amend these Terms and Conditions with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of the Promoter in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into, except with the prize winner. 

15.Lavazza Professional UK shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure. 

16.The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. 

17.In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final.

18.Your personal data provided within the survey will be held by Lavazza Professional for 12 months and erased from our records after thisperiod of time.
